Tomé Mota made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Anderson de Sousa sent off a good shot on target. Claudinho Toscano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Tomé Mota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jael Jardel's late challenge caught a Agua Santa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jael Jardel helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Grêmio 20 Julho getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jael Jardel hit a great ball. In the 88th minute of the match Dedê Mendes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gil Guerra skillfully saved the ball. In the 94th match minute, Grêmio 20 Julho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jael Jardel to maneuver through the defense.
