In the 2nd minute, Igor Oliveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Granadero10 getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Severino Mendes hit a great ball. Tomás Schmidt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sydney Barros. Granadero10's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Granadero10 getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Betão Senna hit a great ball. After 25 minutes Granadero10's goalkeeper Sydney Barros managed, with a little bit of luck, save Richard Travassos's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. In the 25th minute, Richard Travassos made a precise shot to the right of Sydney Barros. Granadero10's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Granadero10's Sydney Barros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Granadero10 from getting a goal against them. Zé Roberto Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Betão Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sydney Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betão Senna in the 46th minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Sandrinho Sabóia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Granadero10 booed when AF CERRADO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Gerber didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandrinho Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gugu Travassos in the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kaká Goiano to strike the kick off in the second half. Betão Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Franklin Falcão received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sandrinho Sabóia came out and tried to block the shot, but Franklin Falcão slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 57th minute. Sydney Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaká Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Franklin Falcão kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Sydney Barros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kaká Goiano went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gugu Travassos in the 71st minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Sandrinho Sabóia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Oliveira tried in the 73rd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Sandrinho Sabóia a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-2. Gugu Travassos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Sandrinho Sabóia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sandrinho Sabóia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edvaldo Madureira in the 79th minute. With a little luck, AF CERRADO's Sandrinho Sabóia got control of the ball when Betão Senna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sandrinho Sabóia came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Granadero10's Gugu Travassos. But to his dismay, Gugu Travassos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The supporters of AF CERRADO booed when Granadero10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Roberto Matos struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Sydney Barros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AF CERRADO. The supporters of AF CERRADO booed when Granadero10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franklin Falcão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Granadero10 were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over AF CERRADO's much stronger midfield.
