Liu Zhi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Fernando Diniz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Borussia Dortmund MZB's goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silas Dantas kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Kepa Arrizabalaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Kennedy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernando Diniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sune Bergdal's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. The supporters of Borussia Dortmund MZB booed when AnÐaRaHy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruy Gerber didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Borussia Dortmund MZB's Fernando Diniz threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sune Bergdal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The tension between the AnÐaRaHy and the Borussia Dortmund MZB players grew even worse after the yellow card. John Kennedy hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. AnÐaRaHy's Fernando Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sune Bergdal in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sune Bergdal to strike the kick off in the second half. John Kennedy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernando Diniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldinho de Senna in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Liu Zhi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borussia Dortmund MZB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Didi Galvão kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AnÐaRaHy's Giuseppe Catarinense got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute, Sune Bergdal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borussia Dortmund MZB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Borussia Dortmund MZB's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
