Lobos de Carelia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CeciForEver the free kick. A collision led to Lobos de Carelia getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Prospero Perico hit a great ball. Nestor Cortez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Abel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nestor Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Inautzi in the 10th minute of the match. Omar Jakue took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nestor Cortez. Nestor Cortez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After having played for 14 minutes, Ronan Barbarin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CeciForEver's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronan Barbarin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, CeciForEver's goalkeeper Fermin Basajaun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prospero Perico. Nestor Cortez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronan Barbarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute Joaquin Inautzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prospero Perico got free with Fermin Basajaun in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fermin Basajaun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavao Zadro in the 26th minute of play. Prospero Perico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, CeciForEver's goalkeeper Fermin Basajaun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vladimiro Millano. In the 37th minute of the match CeciForEver got a corner. Lobos de Carelia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Romeo Micael ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eusebio Rios tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Nestor Cortez. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-3 in the 38th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Omar Jakue was the one to do the kick off. Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Jakue in the 68th minute of play. Lobos de Carelia's Prospero Perico got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leopoldo Loco hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CeciForEver eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
