Ter Stegen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelius Baxter in the 12th minute of the match. Edgar Dres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedict Zech in the 20th minute of play. Cornelius Baxter took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ter Stegen. Ter Stegen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ter Stegen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vacib 林义义, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Dres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Beagan Colwell in the 35th minute. 1948 MKS were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after ZIELONE LUDKI's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ersin Uyguralp took the corner. If Nathan Tieleman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd match minute, ZIELONE LUDKI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antoni Fikus to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Antoni Fikus made the kick off in the second half. Cornelius Baxter hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Brandon McConnach could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Ter Stegen made a huge save. Ter Stegen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelius Baxter, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brandon McConnach in the 89th minute of play.
