Dario Jordbro kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Florian Pietrini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Timm Reimhede was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 10 minutes, Sigfred Holf mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nissum FV and the Monza players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severin Urfe in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amedeo Gentile prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Monza's Amedeo Gentile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severin Urfe in the 16th minute of play. Dario Jordbro hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. A collision led to Nissum FV getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Kaj Røjleskov hit a great ball. Tue Sivenboom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Amedeo Gentile made a huge save. The supporters of Monza booed when Nissum FV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Jordbro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Florian Pietrini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monza's supporters rose to their feet, but Florian Pietrini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timm Reimhede breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nissum FV fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 39th minute. Penalty! In the 41st minute there was a penalty for Monza. Amos Salerno stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Timm Reimhede. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tue Sivenboom got free with Amedeo Gentile in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Florian Pietrini made the kick off in the second half. Caspar Arensdal's late challenge caught a Monza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Caspar Arensdal helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Nissum FV's Caspar Arensdal got a free kick in the 53rd minute. When Nissum FV's Tue Sivenboom in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Monza's goalie prevented a goal. Amos Salerno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timm Reimhede having to interfere. Florian Pietrini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Timm Reimhede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amos Salerno struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Timm Reimhede didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monza. After 67 minutes, Elmer Lindenborg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nissum FV and the Monza players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Nissum FV! Amos Salerno walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 71 minutes in the game, Amos Salerno fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Timm Reimhede having to interfere. Timm Reimhede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amos Salerno in the 73rd minute of play. When Villiam Klockmann fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nissum FV's protests and gave Villiam Klockmann a yellow card for diving instead. Villiam Klockmann kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Tue Sivenboom sped through Monza's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Amedeo Gentile. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Severin Urfe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nissum FV's supporters rose to their feet, but Severin Urfe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amedeo Gentile breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tue Sivenboom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 played minutes Monza got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Schirone. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
