But to his dismay, Sondre Lindal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Neversdorf's goalkeeper Bertram Bovenschen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lasse Havik. After a defensive mix-up in Neversdorf's zone, Sondre Lindal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bertram Bovenschen came out of the goal and Sondre Lindal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 19 played minutes Neversdorf got a freekick which was hit by Sandor Fabisch. If Lukas Eira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, Neversdorf's goalkeeper Bertram Bovenschen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lasse Havik. Lukas Eira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Bertram Bovenschen made a huge save. The supporters of The FatBatmans booed when Neversdorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Schmitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute Sandor Fabisch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åsmund Evertsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bertram Bovenschen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hauk Tjøsvoll, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Sandor Fabisch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Åsmund Evertsen made a huge save. The FatBatmans's Hauk Tjøsvoll got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lasse Havik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertram Bovenschen having to interfere. Åsmund Evertsen made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Sandor Fabisch sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Sondre Lindal sped through Neversdorf's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bertram Bovenschen. The FatBatmans's Lukas Eira got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 77 played minutes Neversdorf got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Oelke. Åsmund Evertsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konrad Oelke in the 83rd minute of play. Lasse Havik succeeded in the game's 85th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-1. Sondre Lindal might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bertram Bovenschen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sondre Lindal ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 93rd minute Domenico Borak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åsmund Evertsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sandor Fabisch fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neversdorf's protests and gave Sandor Fabisch a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th minute, Wolfgang Haller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Sondre Lindal managed to get in a good position for a shot. The FatBatmans's supporters rose to their feet, but Sondre Lindal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bertram Bovenschen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
