In the 9th match minute, Neversdorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niko Eisele to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Neversdorf's goal looked a bit too open when Hílton Varela came free, but Bertram Bovenschen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, Ali Schmitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hílton Varela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Richard Munhoz's late challenge caught a Neversdorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richard Munhoz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Casalvasco EC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Richard Munhoz hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Luiz Gustavo Motta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bertram Bovenschen was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Neversdorf's zone, Douglas Ferraz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bertram Bovenschen came out of the goal and Douglas Ferraz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diamantino Arce's late challenge caught a Neversdorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diamantino Arce helped the player get up and apologised. Diamantino Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hílton Varela during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Neversdorf booed when Casalvasco EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hílton Varela didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Domenico Borak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Ursus Dreßel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bertram Bovenschen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hílton Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sandor Fabisch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Gildo Bittencourt made a huge save. In the 45th minute, Sandor Fabisch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domenico Borak was the one to do the kick off. After 56 played minutes Neversdorf got a freekick which was hit by Ali Schmitz. 62 minutes into the game, Casalvasco EC's Hílton Varela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bertram Bovenschen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Hílton Varela's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bertram Bovenschen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandor Fabisch in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gildo Bittencourt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hílton Varela in the 72nd minute of play forced Neversdorf's goalkeeper Bertram Bovenschen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sandor Fabisch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gildo Bittencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domenico Borak in the 76th minute of play. Casalvasco EC's Gildo Bittencourt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandor Fabisch in the 79th minute of play. Bertram Bovenschen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hílton Varela, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Niko Eisele charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niko Eisele the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 minutes, Konrad Oelke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Neversdorf and the Casalvasco EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th match minute, Neversdorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Oelke to maneuver through the defense. Bertram Bovenschen made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Luiz Gustavo Motta sent off a good shot on target. Hílton Varela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Casalvasco EC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
