In the 4th minute Robert Nisipeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but József Salamon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Péter Lendvay took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Francisco Eleder to make any attempt to save it. After 10 minutes Sunreavers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alfonz Kiss who took care of the corner kick. In the 15th minute, Sebestyén Barabás ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. József Salamon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 18 minutes into the match, Robert Nisipeanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of József Salamon. Gyáli BKSE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Nisipeanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. József Salamon came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Sunreavers's Robert Nisipeanu. But to his dismay, Robert Nisipeanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 23rd minute Terry Smedts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but József Salamon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. József Salamon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Kudrinskiy in the 24th minute of the match. József Salamon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Kudrinskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 29 minutes, Máté Kinizsi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gyáli BKSE and the Sunreavers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Gyáli BKSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Máté Kinizsi to maneuver through the defense. If Anton Kudrinskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 35th minute by Marcell Szőcs got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 37th minute, Sebestyén Barabás ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. József Salamon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Gyáli BKSE's József Salamon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Kudrinskiy in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gyáli BKSE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anton Kudrinskiy was slow to take the kick. During this time Sunreavers's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Sunreavers's Anton Kudrinskiy to fire away a dangerous shot which József Salamon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anton Kudrinskiy made a kick off. József Salamon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Kudrinskiy in the 56th minute of play. József Salamon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anton Kudrinskiy's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. 62 minutes into the match, Gyáli BKSE's Marcell Szőcs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francisco Eleder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. József Salamon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Kudrinskiy in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute of the match, Robert Nisipeanu got a very nice opportunity to score, but József Salamon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ignác Szegh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Sunreavers's Anton Kudrinskiy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that József Salamon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. József Salamon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristóf Peterdy in the 78th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Anton Kudrinskiy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but József Salamon was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Marcell Szőcs scored 2-6 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Francisco Eleder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sebestyén Barabás's late challenge caught a Gyáli BKSE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebestyén Barabás helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th minute, Sebestyén Barabás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 88 minutes, Robert Nisipeanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunreavers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Nisipeanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Nisipeanu in the 89th minute of play forced Gyáli BKSE's goalkeeper József Salamon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Robert Nisipeanu came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Sunreavers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Nisipeanu couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, András Dénes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Robert Nisipeanu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of József Salamon, 2-7. Sunreavers's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
