Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) FC Budapest's Miklós Fehér started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miklós Fehér in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kázmér Hoffman saved Gázszer FC from getting behind. In the 4th minute, Ignác Selymes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kázmér Hoffman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from János Holzhauser in the 7th minute of play. FC Budapest's Bálint Hellinger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save FC Budapest from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Gázszer FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Wawrzyniec Wolniewicz hit a great ball. Bálint Hellinger made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Wawrzyniec Wolniewicz sent off a good shot on target. Bálint Hellinger was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Wawrzyniec Wolniewicz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wawrzyniec Wolniewicz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. János Holzhauser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Kázmér Hoffman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute of the match, Wawrzyniec Wolniewicz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bálint Hellinger was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 25th minute Gázszer FC were awarded a corner. János Grósz went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in György Keserű heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. A collision led to FC Budapest getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Félix Kis hit a great ball. Gázszer FC's Kázmér Hoffman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miklós Fehér in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute FC Budapest were awarded a corner. Félix Kis went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led FC Budapest's Félix Kis to fire away a dangerous shot which Kázmér Hoffman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jonathan Curcio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gázszer FC's goalkeeper Kázmér Hoffman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonathan Curcio made a kick off. Miklós Fehér could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Kázmér Hoffman made a huge save. If Miklós Fehér had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Gázszer FC booed when FC Budapest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. János Gere didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Jonathan Curcio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gázszer FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Curcio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bálint Hellinger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Curcio in the 68th minute of the match. Bálint Hellinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Curcio in the 70th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Botond Kutasi got free with Kázmér Hoffman in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bálint Hellinger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Curcio went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Gázszer FC made a substitution. Thanks to some nice moves Miklós Fehér could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Kázmér Hoffman however easily saved by the left post. Dénes Salgó hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Gázszer FC's Kázmér Hoffman got control of the ball when Miklós Fehér tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bálint Hellinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from András Sass, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute, Miklós Fehér got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
