In the 25th minute Remus Lupșe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gergely Seres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valeriu Bârsescu got free with Gergely Seres in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Corneliu Giurgiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferenc Sipos in the 32nd minute of play. After 40 minutes CBF Csikszereda's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hauk Almli who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Veresi Új Generáció's corner Hauk Almli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Corneliu Giurgiu quite easily take care of the ball. CBF Csikszereda's Corneliu Giurgiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferenc Sipos in the 43rd minute of play. Corneliu Giurgiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ádám Pető's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. With a little luck, Veresi Új Generáció's Gergely Seres got control of the ball when Valeriu Bârsescu tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Petruț Sângeorzan to make the kick off. In the 80th play minute Mátyás Pál came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Corneliu Giurgiu. 0-4. The supporters of CBF Csikszereda booed when Veresi Új Generáció was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márk Borsos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Veresi Új Generáció's Márk Borsos got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Hauk Almli hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Veresi Új Generáció walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
