CBF Csikszereda's Corneliu Giurgiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beremundo Turrilla in the 8th minute of play. Puja SE were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after CBF Csikszereda's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eliodor Manciulea took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of CBF Csikszereda's goalie and right to Beremundo Turrilla. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. CBF Csikszereda's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petruț Sângeorzan in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Árpád Kerekes saved Puja SE from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dilmen Akadlı in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corneliu Giurgiu saved CBF Csikszereda from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hasan Tahsin İltemur in the 24th minute of play forced CBF Csikszereda's goalkeeper Corneliu Giurgiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Hasan Tahsin İltemur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corneliu Giurgiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute of the match Puja SE got a corner. CBF Csikszereda's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eliodor Manciulea ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Eliodor Manciulea got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Corneliu Giurgiu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 32 minutes into the game, Dilmen Akadlı cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Corneliu Giurgiu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 39th minute Hasan Tahsin İltemur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corneliu Giurgiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Árpád Kerekes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petruț Sângeorzan, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After some careless play in the CBF Csikszereda defense, Árpád Nagy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corneliu Giurgiu. The CBF Csikszereda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corneliu Giurgiu should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Puja SE had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
