Charly Alberti started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Grandi Lupi booed when Puskás Akadémia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bánk Lehoczky didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 3rd minute, Charly Alberti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gusztáv Horváth was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gusztáv Horváth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charly Alberti in the 6th minute of the match. Puskás Akadémia's Gusztáv Horváth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charly Alberti in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Norbert Gyarmati was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puskás Akadémia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grandi Lupi the free kick. In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Grandi Lupi. Charly Alberti stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gusztáv Horváth. 0-2. Charly Alberti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gusztáv Horváth having to make a save. 14 minutes into the match, Puskás Akadémia's goal looked a bit too open when Charly Alberti came free, but Gusztáv Horváth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Charly Alberti sped through Puskás Akadémia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gusztáv Horváth. If Benjamin de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Puskás Akadémia's Gusztáv Horváth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charly Alberti in the 27th minute of play. If Koppány Benczur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gusztáv Horváth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Charly Alberti went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Puskás Akadémia defense, Benjamin de Lara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gusztáv Horváth. The Puskás Akadémia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gusztáv Horváth should have stopped the shot. Gusztáv Horváth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charly Alberti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes in the game, Charly Alberti dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Gusztáv Horváth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin de Lara in the 43rd minute of the match. Charly Alberti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gusztáv Horváth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charly Alberti, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Grandi Lupi's Alfonz Kállai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ede Erős in the 47th minute of play. The Puskás Akadémia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Grandi Lupi were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ádám Újváry stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes of play, Grandi Lupi's Benjamin de Lara made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gusztáv Horváth was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 60 played minutes Puskás Akadémia got a freekick which was hit by Bánk Lehoczky. A collision led to Puskás Akadémia getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Bánk Lehoczky hit a great ball. Gusztáv Horváth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charly Alberti in the 62nd minute of play. Márton Koós hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. When Charly Alberti came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Grandi Lupi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charly Alberti couldn't finish the play. Grandi Lupi's Alfonz Kállai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Márton Koós in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Puskás Akadémia getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ádám Újváry hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Charly Alberti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gusztáv Horváth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Louis-Philippe Damman put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Gusztáv Horváth. Gusztáv Horváth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Tristezza in the 81st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leó Hoffman during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 87 minutes into the game, Grandi Lupi's Frank Tristezza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gusztáv Horváth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. In the 89th match minute, Grandi Lupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin de Lara to maneuver through the defense. Gusztáv Horváth was a little too slow when Frank Tristezza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 0-10. Louis-Philippe Damman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Gusztáv Horváth made a huge save. Alfonz Kállai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ede Erős in the 96th minute of the match. When the match was over Grandi Lupi could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Puskás Akadémia throughout the match.
