In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Steel Tigers's goalkeeper Boruc Drab, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Algitas Daškevičius took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leó Csordás. Leó Csordás dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Steel Tigers's goalkeeper Boruc Drab, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 15 minutes into the game, Algitas Daškevičius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Leó Csordás was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 18 minutes into the match, István Sági notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Pécsi Mecsek FC's Leó Csordás. Leó Csordás was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leó Csordás came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Steel Tigers's Algitas Daškevičius. But to his dismay, Algitas Daškevičius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spencer Pfeffer in the 24th minute of play forced Pécsi Mecsek FC's goalkeeper Leó Csordás to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leó Csordás didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Algitas Daškevičius went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. In a very dangerous position, a player in Steel Tigers fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! In the 42nd minute there was a penalty for Pécsi Mecsek FC. Bálint Lovas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Boruc Drab. 1-7. Steel Tigers's Boruc Drab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bálint Lovas in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-7.

Leó Csordás showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from István Sági in the 51st minute of the match. Algitas Daškevičius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Leó Csordás made a huge save. In the 57th minute Bertold Pál shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Drab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leó Csordás made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Algitas Daškevičius sent off a good shot on target. Pécsi Mecsek FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Algitas Daškevičius scored to the left of an out of position Leó Csordás, making the score, 1-8. After a defensive mix-up in Pécsi Mecsek FC's zone, Algitas Daškevičius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leó Csordás came out of the goal and Algitas Daškevičius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in Steel Tigers's zone, Bálint Lovas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boruc Drab came out of the goal and Bálint Lovas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boruc Drab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bálint Lovas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If István Sági had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boruc Drab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bálint Lovas in the 72nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Spencer Pfeffer got free with Leó Csordás in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Boruc Drab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertold Pál, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute Algitas Daškevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leó Csordás saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Algitas Daškevičius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-9. Leó Csordás was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Leó Csordás managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Steel Tigers's István Sági fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. István Sági struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Leó Csordás didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Steel Tigers. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Algitas Daškevičius took a quick shot and it went in 1-10 without a chance for Leó Csordás to make any attempt to save it.
