Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's László Madaras started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, László Madaras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 8th minute, Máté Elek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the match, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Gervai came free, but Attila Mesterházy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Máté Elek notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Héreg SC's Răzvan Lipoveanu. Răzvan Lipoveanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Răzvan Lipoveanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from László Madaras in the 13th minute of play. Attila Mesterházy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Gervai in the 15th minute of the match. Răzvan Lipoveanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Máté Elek in the 19th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ephraim Reeb during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ephraim Reeb hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's Máté Elek broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Răzvan Lipoveanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from László Madaras, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. A collision led to Héreg SC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Albert Pölöskei hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Gervai in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Attila Mesterházy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers László Madaras in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Răzvan Lipoveanu saved Héreg SC from getting behind. Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Máté Elek in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's Marin Manea got a free kick in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Simon Gervai to strike the kick off in the second half. If Máté Elek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. László Honti's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Attila Mesterházy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 59th minute Pál Matolcsy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attila Mesterházy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 64 minutes, László Madaras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC and the Héreg SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. László Madaras hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 66 played minutes Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC got a freekick which was hit by László Madaras. Maarek Grattepanche's late challenge caught a Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maarek Grattepanche helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC booed when Héreg SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maarek Grattepanche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Attila Mesterházy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dávid Szőllőssy, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Răzvan Lipoveanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from László Madaras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. László Madaras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Răzvan Lipoveanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC made a substitution. Calistrat Tomulescu replaced Karel Suryoprayogo. 86 minutes into the match, Máté Elek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Răzvan Lipoveanu. Héreg SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Máté Elek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 90 minutes of play Héreg SC's Maarek Grattepanche was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 91 played minutes Héreg SC got a freekick which was hit by Maarek Grattepanche. László Madaras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mátyás Virág kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Héreg SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
