Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Attila Mesterházy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from András Törőcsik in the 27th minute of the match. If András Törőcsik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, one of Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Kilstedt was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Grigoriy Melnichenko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bayern München FC. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Attila Mesterházy made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Grigoriy Melnichenko sent off a good shot on target. If András Törőcsik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Attila Mesterházy, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 68 minutes into the match, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's goalkeeper Attila Mesterházy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by András Törőcsik. András Törőcsik in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Attila Mesterházy, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's László Csank was substituted for Christian Kilstedt. Attila Mesterházy made an important save on a dangerous shot by András Törőcsik in the 76th minute. Attila Mesterházy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from András Törőcsik went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bayern München FC. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
