Pál Benkó was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bendegúz Ördög showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 73 minute of play. Leeds's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Ede Edelényi scored to the left of an out of position Pál Benkó, making the score, 1-8. In the 87th minute Tivadar Sörös shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pál Benkó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, Bendegúz Ördög recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pál Benkó. Bendegúz Ördög showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-9. Vendel Bíró kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the match was over Nimród Vére could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Leeds throughout the match.
