Manchester United F.C.'s Lyubcho Karadachki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Manchester United F.C. from getting a goal against them. Donato Balestra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Exequiel Zeballos in the 38th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester United F.C.'s zone, Yaniusky Pardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lyubcho Karadachki came out of the goal and Yaniusky Pardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Velyo Denchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Exequiel Zeballos made the kick off in the second half. Calenzano's Donato Balestra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Calenzano from getting a goal against them. 74 minutes into the match, Manchester United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Achille Sciamanna came free, but Lyubcho Karadachki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes Calenzano got a freekick which was hit by Achille Sciamanna. Calenzano made a substitution. Alessandro Giocondo replaced Yaniusky Pardo.
