Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Eugenio Cortez started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Alvarado's zone, Martin Herrador stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberto Mikelar came out of the goal and Martin Herrador tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugenio Cortez in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esterilla Aponte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 13 minutes into the game, Eugenio Cortez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Esterilla Aponte. Eugenio Cortez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Xamin Ubach hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If Martin Herrador had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calentura's Xamin Ubach was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alberto Mikelar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 23 minutes Alvarado's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xamin Ubach who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Alvarado getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Eugenio Cortez hit a great ball. Calentura's Fabian Lorenzana got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Fabian Lorenzana fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Calentura's protests and gave Fabian Lorenzana a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Alvarado booed when Calentura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Lorenzana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Mikelar came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Calentura's Boris Villagomez. But to his dismay, Boris Villagomez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Alberto Mikelar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boris Villagomez in the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Boris Villagomez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Mikelar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Xamin Ubach sped through Alvarado's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alberto Mikelar. In the 42nd match minute, Alvarado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Martxot to maneuver through the defense. Alberto Mikelar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xamin Ubach in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Herrador was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Alvarado's goal looked a bit too open when Boris Villagomez came free, but Alberto Mikelar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Calentura's Boris Villagomez in the 56th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Alberto Mikelar was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Alvarado through an amazing save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Herrador got free with Alberto Mikelar in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Calentura's Boris Villagomez got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Alvarado's Silvio Sidro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esterilla Aponte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Martin Herrador who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Alberto Mikelar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Calentura getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ricardo Escudero hit a great ball. Froilan Llorienzo kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Martin Herrador in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alberto Mikelar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Xoan Sastre's late challenge caught a Alvarado's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xoan Sastre helped the player get up and apologised. Eugenio Cortez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Esterilla Aponte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pico Bargas fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Calentura's protests and gave Pico Bargas a yellow card for diving instead. Pico Bargas kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Alberto Mikelar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. When the final whistle sounded Calentura left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Alvarado.
