Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Corcado FC's Zilar Noguer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Demesio Quiroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Lourenco Lago sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Alberto Mikelar threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Lourenco Lago this time. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zilar Noguer during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 7 played minutes Corcado FC got a freekick which was hit by Zilar Noguer. Eugenio Cortez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Desiderio Arellano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Eugenio Cortez put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Desiderio Arellano. In the 22nd minute, Eugenio Cortez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Eugenio Cortez notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Corcado FC's Desiderio Arellano. Desiderio Arellano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Alvarado fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Alvarado's Eugenio Cortez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Corcado FC's Desiderio Arellano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Cortez in the 32nd minute of play. Eugenio Cortez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Desiderio Arellano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Cortez in the 36th minute of the match. Santiago Franco charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santiago Franco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th match minute, Alvarado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Franco to maneuver through the defense. Tito Imaz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 39th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Corcado FC's Roger Zumel got a free kick in the 44th minute. The Corcado FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alvarado were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugenio Cortez to make the kick off. Marcelo Nahia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Desiderio Arellano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Eugenio Cortez took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Desiderio Arellano to make any attempt to save it. Eugenio Cortez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Desiderio Arellano came out and tried to block the shot, but Eugenio Cortez slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 61st minute. After a rather tough play, Corcado FC's Zilar Noguer got a free kick in the 65th minute. Eugenio Cortez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Desiderio Arellano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Cortez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Desiderio Arellano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 72 minutes into the match, Eugenio Cortez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Desiderio Arellano, 0-7. In the 76th minute Che Granell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Mikelar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernaldo Peramato in the 77th minute of play forced Alvarado's goalkeeper Alberto Mikelar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvio Sidro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Arellano having to interfere. Bernaldo Peramato's late challenge caught a Alvarado's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernaldo Peramato helped the player get up and apologised. Bernaldo Peramato kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The supporters of Corcado FC booed when Alvarado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Sidro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute of the match Lourenco Lago sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alberto Mikelar skillfully saved the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Eugenio Cortez lined in a short shot 0-8 behind a frustrated Desiderio Arellano. Che Granell kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 94 minutes into the game, Mendebal Iracheta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corcado FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alvarado the free kick. In the 96th minute, Mendebal Iracheta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Alonzo Cibran came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Alvarado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alonzo Cibran couldn't finish the play.
