Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eugenio Cortez took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Eugenio Cortez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zavior Motrico. That made the score 2-0 in the 8 minute of play. After 10 minutes, Claudio Guitian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golofa and the Alvarado players grew even worse after the yellow card. Claudio Guitian hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Alvarado's Marcelo Nahia got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 13th minute by Eugenio Cortez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Claudio Guitian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Zavior Motrico successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 18th minute, Eugenio Cortez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alvarado fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Alberto Mikelar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabino Vizcaya in the 21st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Eugenio Cortez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zavior Motrico. That made the score 4-0 in the 22 minute of play. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Eugenio Cortez sped through Golofa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zavior Motrico. Zavior Motrico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Cortez, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Marcelo Nahia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zavior Motrico having to interfere. Zavior Motrico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugenio Cortez's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. When Vinicio Cifuentes fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golofa's protests and gave Vinicio Cifuentes a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes Golofa got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Cifuentes. Eugenio Cortez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Zavior Motrico skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Marcelo Nahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zavior Motrico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Nahia in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabino Vizcaya was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Alvarado getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Teodoro Mino hit a great ball. Santiago Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Golofa's Edgard Gante got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 60 played minutes, Golofa's Zuzen Echaniz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alberto Mikelar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Golofa reached it. In the 63rd minute Gabino Vizcaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Mikelar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Alvarado's Alberto Mikelar got control of the ball when Edgard Gante tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Eugenio Cortez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alvarado's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Cortez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zavior Motrico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Eugenio Cortez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute Eugenio Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zavior Motrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Alvarado's goalkeeper Alberto Mikelar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Gante. After 79 played minutes Alvarado got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Sidro. After a defensive mix-up in Golofa's zone, Eugenio Cortez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zavior Motrico came out of the goal and Eugenio Cortez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 94 minutes, Arnoldo Humara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golofa and the Alvarado players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Golofa getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Arnoldo Humara hit a great ball. Alvarado's Eugenio Cortez got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Alvarado players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
