Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Manzanilla FC's Itzaina Astete started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Geofredo Arnero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Itzaina Astete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Irazu having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerardo Acebes in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zoil Garnica saved Manzanilla FC from getting behind. Edelmiro Irazu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Umbruso Sufiria's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Umbruso Sufiria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Edelmiro Irazu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edelmiro Irazu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umbruso Sufiria, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Itzaina Astete might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edelmiro Irazu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Itzaina Astete ran back to his position shaking his head. After 18 minutes, Feliberto Varez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Canturria FC and the Manzanilla FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th minute, Feliberto Varez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Umbruso Sufiria took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edelmiro Irazu. Edelmiro Irazu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 27th minute Gerardo Acebes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zoil Garnica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umbruso Sufiria in the 30th minute of play forced Canturria FC's goalkeeper Edelmiro Irazu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 played minutes Manzanilla FC got a freekick which was hit by Jatsu Bango. After 34 minutes, Heli Astera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manzanilla FC and the Canturria FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Manzanilla FC's Heli Astera got a free kick in the 35th minute. Canturria FC's Edelmiro Irazu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Itzaina Astete in the 38th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Umbruso Sufiria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Irazu having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Manzanilla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Geofredo Arnero came free, but Zoil Garnica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Canturria FC's protests and gave Bonifaco Yaner a yellow card for diving instead. Bonifaco Yaner kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Acebes in the 72nd minute of play forced Manzanilla FC's goalkeeper Zoil Garnica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnau Robres kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Geofredo Arnero struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Zoil Garnica didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canturria FC. 77 minutes into the match, Canturria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Itzaina Astete came free, but Edelmiro Irazu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Heli Astera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zoil Garnica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geofredo Arnero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Itzaina Astete's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edelmiro Irazu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th minute Geofredo Arnero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zoil Garnica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Manzanilla FC's Mederi Ezquierdo got a free kick in the 88th minute. Canturria FC's Geofredo Arnero got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
