LA IMPRENTA's Liu Chang Hong got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the AFC FUSION defense, Bruno Sepúlveda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roberto Eztebe. The AFC FUSION fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roberto Eztebe should have stopped the shot. Lino Rios might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardino Mark. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lino Rios ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute of the match, Lino Rios got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bernardino Mark was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 27 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Espiridion came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Sepúlveda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute Bruno Sepúlveda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ricardo Bertoni made the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Enrique Fernandes in the 54th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AFC FUSION's Germano Bettencourt. LA IMPRENTA's Bernardino Mark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Rios in the 54th minute of play. Ricardo Bertoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Roberto Eztebe made a huge save. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind LA IMPRENTA's goalkeeper Bernardino Mark, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Liu Chang Hong who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Roberto Eztebe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bernardino Mark stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Rios's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Bernardino Mark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Rios in the 68th minute of play. If Lino Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bernardino Mark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Rios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Germano Bettencourt hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. AFC FUSION's Christoff Stocks was substituted for Guido Txindoki. Germano Bettencourt kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Lino Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Mark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, LA IMPRENTA's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Rios came free, but Bernardino Mark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moises Rojelio made in the 82nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AFC FUSION's Dawid Beckham. 84 minutes into the game, AFC FUSION's Lino Rios nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardino Mark made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Lino Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to AFC FUSION getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Romulo Abilio hit a great ball. Liu Chang Hong took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roberto Eztebe. AFC FUSION's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. LA IMPRENTA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
