Chucky Norris came out and tried to block the shot, but Jurand Sienkowski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 88th minute. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Encarale a la gordita's goalkeeper Shao Shu Lang, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Encarale a la gordita eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
