In the 8th minute Victorino Lazcano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waut Van Der Meeren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9thth minute of the game Victorino Lazcano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anversa Club's Waut Van Der Meeren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Purple Talents defense, Winarto Songgonau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 박 서문. The Purple Talents fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 박 서문 should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute Victorino Lazcano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waut Van Der Meeren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Anversa Club's Roman Procházka got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute of the game Roman Procházka made a throw-in which Mickael De Winter played forward. 박 서문 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Cruz in the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Roman Procházka threw the ball into play from the sideline. When Purple Talents's Victorino Lazcano in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorino Lazcano got free with Waut Van Der Meeren in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Purple Talents's 박 서문 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Cruz in the 58th minute of play. Victorino Lazcano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Anversa Club's goalkeeper Waut Van Der Meeren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victorino Lazcano. Victorino Lazcano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Waut Van Der Meeren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Purple Talents getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Antoine Cromefeldt hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Lazcano in the 72nd minute of play forced Anversa Club's goalkeeper Waut Van Der Meeren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Victorino Lazcano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Waut Van Der Meeren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Victorino Lazcano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Waut Van Der Meeren having to make a save. Anversa Club's Waut Van Der Meeren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Anversa Club from getting a goal against them. Waut Van Der Meeren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorino Lazcano went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. The supporters of Purple Talents booed when Anversa Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st match minute, Anversa Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Cruz to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Bertan Joostens took a quick shot and it went in 3-5 without a chance for Waut Van Der Meeren to make any attempt to save it. In the 96th minute Winarto Songgonau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 박 서문 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Anversa Club manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Purple Talents to win.
