Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Beek City's Benny Stolle started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Benny Stolle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mike Zoetmulder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. De Pelgrims's Mike Zoetmulder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save De Pelgrims from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute Theo Tuyp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arian Beqaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. De Pelgrims's Mike Zoetmulder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save De Pelgrims from getting a goal against them. Arian Beqaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perivaldo Eger in the 14th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Perivaldo Eger in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arian Beqaj saved Beek City from getting behind. In the 18th minute, Fu Peng Feng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute, Benny Stolle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Beek City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Mike Zoetmulder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benny Stolle, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Benny Stolle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Mike Zoetmulder when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Arian Beqaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perivaldo Eger in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind De Pelgrims's goalkeeper Mike Zoetmulder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benny Stolle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Mike Zoetmulder made a huge save. Arian Beqaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perivaldo Eger in the 32nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Perivaldo Eger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arian Beqaj was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Perivaldo Eger put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arian Beqaj. The supporters of De Pelgrims booed when Beek City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rueben Rashleigh didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Benny Stolle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mike Zoetmulder was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benny Stolle in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mike Zoetmulder saved De Pelgrims from getting behind. The corner went over the outstretched arms of De Pelgrims's goalie and right to Johnny Bator. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. De Pelgrims's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Perivaldo Eger to make the kick off. De Pelgrims's Mike Zoetmulder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benny Stolle in the 53rd minute of play. Benny Stolle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mike Zoetmulder having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benny Stolle in the 55th minute of play forced De Pelgrims's goalkeeper Mike Zoetmulder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by De Pelgrims's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Benny Stolle was slow to take the kick. During this time Beek City's players had a chance to rest. Arian Beqaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Huub Gerrits in the 65th minute of play. Arian Beqaj made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Perivaldo Eger sent off a good shot on target. Beek City's Arian Beqaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perivaldo Eger in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benny Stolle in the 75th minute of play forced De Pelgrims's goalkeeper Mike Zoetmulder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute Gustav Siöman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mike Zoetmulder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80thth minute of the game Gustav Siöman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Pelgrims's Mike Zoetmulder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mike Zoetmulder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benny Stolle in the 81st minute of play. De Pelgrims:s Mike Zoetmulder showed great skill when he stopped Benny Stolle:s penalty. Gustav Siöman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mike Zoetmulder having to make a save. In the 87th minute of the game Huub Gerrits made a throw-in which Twan Mol played forward. After 88 played minutes Beek City got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Louis Ouaddou. 90 minutes into the match, Beek City's goal looked a bit too open when Perivaldo Eger came free, but Arian Beqaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Perivaldo Eger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Arian Beqaj made a huge save. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
