Olavarria FC were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Beek City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mauro Kotlar took the corner. In the 15th minute, Mauro Kotlar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beek City's Jean-Louis Ouaddou managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Thys Lenoir in the 20 minute of the game. The Beek City fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Beek City's Benny Stolle looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Michel Hendrickx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benny Stolle in the 34th minute of play. Benny Stolle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michel Hendrickx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Isaias Matas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Arian Beqaj was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Beek City's Arian Beqaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Matas in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to Olavarria FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Thys Lenoir hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of Olavarria FC booed when Beek City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnny Bator didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olavarria FC's Michel Hendrickx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Olavarria FC from getting a goal against them. Olavarria FC made a substitution. Ervigio Ojeda replaced Isaias Matas. When Benny Stolle came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Beek City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benny Stolle couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute, Benny Stolle reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Michel Hendrickx. The goal made the score 1-2. Michel Hendrickx was a little too slow when Benny Stolle got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 1-3. Benny Stolle struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Michel Hendrickx didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beek City. Arian Beqaj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ervigio Ojeda's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The Beek City players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
