Dani Vassaras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ate Kloppenburg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dani Vassaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ate Kloppenburg in the 26th minute of play. The Underdogs's Jan Wessel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save The Underdogs from getting a goal against them. 30 minutes into the game, William Andries recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan Wessel. William Andries showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. In the 32nd minute, Enzo Osório hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Underdogs's Ate Kloppenburg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nicolas Specht in the 38 minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

With a little luck, ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's Dani Vassaras got control of the ball when Dolf Schoonderwoerd tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, The Underdogs's goal looked a bit too open when William Andries came free, but Jan Wessel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Timos Tsalavoutas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Wessel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Underdogs's Riemer Fries was substituted for Frank de Boer. ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Angelo Paddle in the 73rd minute. Dani Vassaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Boelens in the 90th minute of play. The Underdogs's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
