With his leg Nilson Peres managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Les Tigres's Edvard Võsandi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nilson Peres was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Severino Estevez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 83 minute of play. Edvard Võsandi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Nilson Peres made a huge save.
