In the 8th minute, Cacá do Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Baldomiro Vincente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Garcia in the 12th minute of play. Baldomiro Vincente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Leandro Garcia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldomiro Vincente was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Saiko FC's Giuseppe de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benicio Bernad in the 53rd minute of play. Giuseppe de Carvalho came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Messi Dream Team's Benicio Bernad. But to his dismay, Benicio Bernad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When Messi Dream Team's Martin Honesto in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Saiko FC's goalie prevented a goal. Giuseppe de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Piarres in the 58th minute of play. After 60 minutes, Valdemar Botelho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saiko FC and the Messi Dream Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes Saiko FC got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Botelho. Saiko FC's Giuseppe de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Boniel in the 62nd minute of play. The supporters of Messi Dream Team booed when Saiko FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wanderson Trigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leandro Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Baldomiro Vincente made a huge save. When Cacá do Vale fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saiko FC's protests and gave Cacá do Vale a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Saiko FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Cacá do Vale hit a great ball. Baldomiro Vincente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Saiko FC's Leandro Garcia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Baldomiro Vincente. Baldomiro Vincente yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. After 90 minutes of play, Saiko FC's Leandro Garcia made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baldomiro Vincente was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 99th minute the ball was on its way in behind Saiko FC's goalkeeper Giuseppe de Carvalho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
