The crowd rose to their feet as PSB Bakoeloe's Fadhly Handoko slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 王升帆. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. 石广兴 was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 10 minutes into the match. 王升帆 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fadhly Handoko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute of the match, Fadhly Handoko tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 王升帆 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 27 minutes into the match, APOEL Nicosia's goal looked a bit too open when Fadhly Handoko came free, but 王升帆 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 楚响亦 kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 王升帆 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boyke Asshidiq in the 30th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Itok Meringgi got free with 王升帆 in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute Itok Meringgi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 王升帆 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 王升帆 was a little too slow when Boyke Asshidiq got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 41st match minute, APOEL Nicosia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 胡坚兴 to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute, Hatta Simamora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute, 潘思星 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yustedjo Witoelar was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 58th minute, Fadhly Handoko made a precise shot to the right of 王升帆. APOEL Nicosia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 王升帆 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fadhly Handoko in the 61st minute of the match. If 潘思星 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, 潘思星 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yustedjo Witoelar was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. In the 68th minute, 沈崇剑 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 80 played minutes APOEL Nicosia got a freekick which was hit by 潘思星. 潘思星 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Yustedjo Witoelar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boyke Asshidiq in the 83rd minute of play forced APOEL Nicosia's goalkeeper 王升帆 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 楚响亦 hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Fadhly Handoko made a precise shot to the right of 王升帆. APOEL Nicosia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. 楚响亦 might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yustedjo Witoelar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 楚响亦 ran back to his position shaking his head. APOEL Nicosia's 王升帆 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hatta Simamora in the 92nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, 楚响亦 managed to get in a good position for a shot. APOEL Nicosia's supporters rose to their feet, but 楚响亦 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yustedjo Witoelar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 王升帆 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hatta Simamora, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. APOEL Nicosia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
