Charly Boisson scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniel Pabon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Evan Le Moullec had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Pabon. Nutridal FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evan Le Moullec was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Daniel Pabon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renaud Houzet in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Nutridal FC booed when Chaponnay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Andreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mora Maldonado during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 33 played minutes Nutridal FC got a freekick which was hit by Mora Maldonado. Charly Boisson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th match minute, Nutridal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mora Maldonado to maneuver through the defense. If Renaud Houzet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Nutridal FC's Mendoza Boiro got a free kick in the 41st minute. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Evan Le Moullec put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Daniel Pabon. After 47 minutes of play Nutridal FC's Mora Maldonado was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Nutridal FC's Mora Maldonado got a free kick in the 48th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Stéphane Eynard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chaponnay FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Stéphane Eynard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Pabon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Alvaro Pendones made the kick off in the second half. Nutridal FC's Daniel Pabon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Nutridal FC from getting a goal against them. In the 62nd minute, Renaud Houzet fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Daniel Pabon, passed just outside the right post. Moïse Girerd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Pendones, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Nutridal FC's goalkeeper Daniel Pabon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renaud Houzet. Stéphane Eynard's late challenge caught a Nutridal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stéphane Eynard helped the player get up and apologised. After 70 played minutes Chaponnay FC got a freekick which was hit by Stéphane Eynard. Daniel Pabon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evan Le Moullec's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Nutridal FC's zone, Kevan Brossier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Pabon came out of the goal and Kevan Brossier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chaponnay FC's Eduart Rrustemi was substituted for Tanguy Caudrelier. Renaud Houzet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Charly Boisson struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Daniel Pabon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chaponnay FC. Chaponnay FC made a substitution. Noureddine Ridard replaced Renaud Houzet. Noureddine Ridard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
