Gui Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dieter Breves. Dinei Mendonça made in the 9th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ATHLETICO PRaiano's Vilhelm Skoog. After 11 played minutes, Chinho FC's Aaron Nardo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chinho FC reached it. After a rather tough play, Chinho FC's Váldson Paiva got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute Unax Mudarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gui Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deilmison van Basten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gui Almeida read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Rodriguinho Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save ATHLETICO PRaiano from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes into the game, Wieslaw Szkaradek recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rodriguinho Sousa. Wieslaw Szkaradek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Unax Mudarra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chinho FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Slaveyko Neev in the 32nd minute. Dinei Mendonça made a great header on Chinho FC's corner, it was just that ATHLETICO PRaiano's Rodriguinho Sousa managed to reach the ball for a save. The corner led to Chinho FC's Dinei Mendonça getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slaveyko Neev in the 35th minute of play forced ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodriguinho Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slaveyko Neev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Heitor Maldini was substituted for Betão Marquez. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Deilmison van Basten put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Gui Almeida. 84 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goal looked a bit too open when Călin Senin came free, but Rodriguinho Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodriguinho Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slaveyko Neev in the 87th minute of play. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Denílson Magalhães quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Robert Renan, made in the 89th minute of the game. In the 96th minute Aleksandr Krieser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodriguinho Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
