In the 14th minute Maximilian Henning shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademar Fernandes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. August Hoffmanns didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 21st minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Bizard FC's zone, Hugo Haupt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ademar Fernandes came out of the goal and Hugo Haupt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Bizard FC booed when Rot-Weiss-Essen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakem Al Khames didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rot-Weiss-Essen's August Hoffmanns proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Rot-Weiss-Essen from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Rot-Weiss-Essen booed when Bizard FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caco Damião didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Guga Zaracho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ademar Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilian Henning, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rot-Weiss-Essen were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Bizard FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Maximilian Henning took the corner. After taking down the ball on Rot-Weiss-Essen's corner Maximilian Henning fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ademar Fernandes quite easily take care of the ball. Ademar Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Haupt in the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Bizard FC's Luiz Fabiano Sena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that August Hoffmanns narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 42 minutes in the game Hakem Al Khames did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Hugo Haupt. Ademar Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilian Henning, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximilian Henning in the 43rd minute of play forced Bizard FC's goalkeeper Ademar Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Fabiano Sena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Bizard FC made a substitution. Luisinho Tasso replaced Victor Pinho. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anestis Kotsopoulos made a kick off. Hugo Haupt kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55thth minute of the game Luiz Fabiano Sena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rot-Weiss-Essen's August Hoffmanns was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rot-Weiss-Essen's goalkeeper August Hoffmanns, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The throw-in from Hakem Al Khames in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bizard FC's Erdoğan Akçay. Ademar Fernandes stood somewhat misplaced when Mesut Özil came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 69 minute. Bizard FC's Ademar Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximilian Henning in the 73rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Rot-Weiss-Essen defense, Luiz Fabiano Sena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of August Hoffmanns. The Rot-Weiss-Essen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that August Hoffmanns should have stopped the shot. If Luiz Fabiano Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fabiano Sena in the 86th minute of play forced Rot-Weiss-Essen's goalkeeper August Hoffmanns to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Luiz Fabiano Sena notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Rot-Weiss-Essen's August Hoffmanns. August Hoffmanns was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89thth minute of the game Maximilian Henning who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bizard FC's Ademar Fernandes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anestis Kotsopoulos got free with Ademar Fernandes in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 97 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bizard FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Maximilian Henning was slow to take the kick. During this time Rot-Weiss-Essen's players had a chance to rest. Many of Rot-Weiss-Essen's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Rot-Weiss-Essen may have spent more time on the ball, but Bizard FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
