The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernabé Teresa got free with Germán Figueres in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The attack was good, but when Eugeniusz Milko in the 15th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Eugeniusz Milko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Phenix Wright took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Milko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Germán Figueres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Merlin Balmaceda in the 19th minute of play. If Frisco Pascua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Zunbeltz Cienfuegos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Germán Figueres. That made the score 1-0 in the 25 minute of play. Germán Figueres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabé Teresa in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Asier Pastor got free with Germán Figueres in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Germán Figueres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Merlin Balmaceda in the 34th minute. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by S.D NARCEA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sandro Prieto was slow to take the kick. During this time Rojals's players had a chance to rest. Germán Figueres was a little too slow when Merlin Balmaceda got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 2-0. 45 minutes into the match, S.D NARCEA's goal looked a bit too open when Merlin Balmaceda came free, but Germán Figueres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Merlin Balmaceda made the kick off in the second half. After taking down the ball on Rojals's corner Sandro Prieto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Germán Figueres quite easily take care of the ball. Phenix Wright showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Milko in the 61st minute of the match. A collision led to S.D NARCEA getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Félix Zărnescu hit a great ball. The supporters of Rojals booed when S.D NARCEA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeruko Torrente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rojals's Juan-Francisco Morado was substituted for Merlin Balmaceda. 71 minutes into the match, S.D NARCEA's goal looked a bit too open when Juan-Francisco Morado came free, but Germán Figueres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. S.D NARCEA's Germán Figueres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernabé Teresa in the 72nd minute of play. Phenix Wright didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.D NARCEA. But to his dismay, Bernabé Teresa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Eugeniusz Milko in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Phenix Wright, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 86 played minutes Rojals got a freekick which was hit by Tohias Saura. Germán Figueres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asier Pastor in the 89th minute of the match.
