The supporters of Hombres de Negro booed when Lose Yourself was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Bernard Czerny managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hombres de Negro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernard Czerny was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hombres de Negro's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Victoriano Gasteiz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Osvaldo Haritz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Montrel, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Mikel Oyarzabal scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osvaldo Haritz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Mikel Oyarzabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Haritz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Lose Yourself getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Baldomiro Gorri hit a great ball. After having played for 75 minutes, Inocencio Montrel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hombres de Negro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inocencio Montrel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osvaldo Haritz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Inocencio Montrel went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 85th minute Bernard Czerny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Haritz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Hombres de Negro's Osvaldo Haritz threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Prudencio Dantel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nestor Gilesindo placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out!
