Luís Hernandez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Osvaldo Haritz came out and tried to block the shot, but Luís Hernandez slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 20th minute. Osvaldo Haritz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Hernandez in the 26th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Moises Todor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Rosio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Rosio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Todor, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the match, Luís Hernandez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Osvaldo Haritz, 3-0. Lose Yourself's Andres Hibai got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erasmo Ihazintu's late challenge caught a Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erasmo Ihazintu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Atletas Campesinos F.C. booed when Lose Yourself was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Ihazintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rosendo Matai to strike the kick off in the second half. Osvaldo Haritz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the match, Lose Yourself's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Hernandez came free, but Osvaldo Haritz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ciro Ostadar in the 92nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Conrado Mouricio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Osvaldo Haritz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Adolfo Galindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
