The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alistair Leslie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Tyrone McCracken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Khachatryan's Alistair Leslie in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kentucky Mustangs's goalie prevented a goal. Tyrone McCracken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alistair Leslie in the 11th minute of the match. Alistair Leslie scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tyrone McCracken, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tyrone McCracken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alistair Leslie in the 18th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alistair Leslie in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tyrone McCracken saved Kentucky Mustangs from getting behind. After 20 played minutes Kentucky Mustangs got a freekick which was hit by Chance Brewer. The supporters of Khachatryan booed when Kentucky Mustangs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willis Lockhart didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Arin Arakelyan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tyrone McCracken. Kentucky Mustangs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arin Arakelyan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 38th minute, Arin Arakelyan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tyrone McCracken was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Marc Saldana took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tyrone McCracken. Tyrone McCracken dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After the first half Khachatryan were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rashad Acosta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Tyrone McCracken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alistair Leslies short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Tyrone McCracken to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Kentucky Mustangs getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Chance Brewer hit a great ball. Alistair Leslie got in the 69th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Tyrone McCracken handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Tyrone McCracken stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alistair Leslie's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 81 minutes into the game, Alistair Leslie lined in a short shot 0-8 behind a frustrated Tyrone McCracken. In the 91st minute Alistair Leslie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyrone McCracken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Alistair Leslie lined in a short shot 0-9 behind a frustrated Tyrone McCracken. Khachatryan's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
