In the 2nd match minute, S.D. Bajen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Rodrigo to maneuver through the defense. The S.D. Bajen fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when S.D. Bajen's Ulysses Baldwin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to S.D. Bajen getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Olaf Osielski hit a great ball. Duke Munoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Vilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Domingo Lopez came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the El Canalla de Chicago fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingo Lopez couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulysses Baldwin in the 26th minute of play forced El Canalla de Chicago's goalkeeper Wilbur Hyde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute of the match S.D. Bajen got a corner. El Canalla de Chicago's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Claudinei Ramalho ran over to the corner to take the kick. 29 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's goal looked a bit too open when Ulysses Baldwin came free, but Wilbur Hyde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilbur Hyde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Rodrigo in the 30th minute of play. Wilbur Hyde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulysses Baldwin in the 34th minute of the match. Duke Munoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Vilar, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Wilbur Hyde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Rodrigo in the 40th minute of play. Wilbur Hyde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lincoln Hand in the 47th minute of play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Vilar in the 51st minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Duke Munoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duke Munoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Vilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinei Ramalho's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wilbur Hyde firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 66th minute Joaquim Vilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duke Munoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilbur Hyde made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulysses Baldwin in the 71st minute. Duke Munoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Vilar in the 75th minute of play. El Canalla de Chicago's Cary Ackerman was substituted for Andreas Sanchez. Sam Malone made in the 81st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Lincoln Hand however managed to control. Justin Raines recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joaquim Vilar might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Duke Munoz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joaquim Vilar ran back to his position shaking his head. Duke Munoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Vilar in the 86th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in S.D. Bajen's zone, Justin Raines stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duke Munoz came out of the goal and Justin Raines tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Duke Munoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Leobardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Wilbur Hyde was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Lincoln Hand capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lincoln Hand really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. S.D. Bajen's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
