Santos Santio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claude Joyner in the 3rd minute. Virgilio Kennedy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dario Wilhelm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lamar Arthur in the 15th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Kennedy came free, but Dario Wilhelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Lamar Arthur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dario Wilhelm was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Waldo Renteria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Santos Santio made a huge save. 31 minutes into the match, Waldo Renteria dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Santos Santio, 1-1. Chard United's Santos Santio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amir Lee in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Cascade Park West was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolland Hobbs to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Kennedy came free, but Dario Wilhelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Chard United's goal looked a bit too open when Amir Lee came free, but Santos Santio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Santos Santio managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Cascade Park West's Waldo Renteria fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Virgilio Kennedy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Dario Wilhelm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Virgilio Kennedy made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Virgilio Kennedy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chard United's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgilio Kennedy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Wilhelm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Waldo Renteria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chard United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amir Lee was slow to take the kick. During this time Cascade Park West's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Cascade Park West's corner Amir Lee fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Santos Santio quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Martin Craven managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chard United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Craven was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Kennedy came free, but Dario Wilhelm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santos Santio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amir Lee, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Chard United's goal looked a bit too open when Amir Lee came free, but Santos Santio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Chard United defense, Amir Lee kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santos Santio. The Chard United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santos Santio should have stopped the shot. Cascade Park West made a substitution. Wang Sha Qian replaced Amir Lee. Cascade Park West's Isidro Singleton was substituted for Rashad Richardson. Martin Craven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Dario Wilhelm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Martin Craven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Wilhelm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Cascade Park West support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
