In the 9th minute of the game Olaf Osielski made a throw-in which Ulysses Baldwin played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Vilar in the 11th minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Spencer Holder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The S.D. Bajen fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when S.D. Bajen's Adrian Nicolae looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Bajen's Kacper Wasikowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wilbur Hyde came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in S.D. Bajen reached it. Joaquim Vilar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Spencer Holder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Spencer Holder made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Joaquim Vilar sent off a good shot on target. El Canalla de Chicago's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
