ForestFire's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonas Cole ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 15 minutes ForestFire's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonas Cole who took care of the corner kick. Brooklyn SC's Jonas Cole was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Shaki Conn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Brooklyn SC's George Potra got a free kick in the 17th minute. Jospeh McNally showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Navarro in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind ForestFire's goalkeeper Shaki Conn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Jonas Cole ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Shaki Conn was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Shaki Conn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dwight Schrute in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute Lucas Navarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jospeh McNally saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jospeh McNally took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Navarro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Augustin in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shaki Conn saved ForestFire from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Jose Hoyt managed to get in a good position for a shot. ForestFire's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose Hoyt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jospeh McNally breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 45 minutes into the match, ForestFire's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Augustin came free, but Shaki Conn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, ForestFire's Jose Hoyt got a free kick in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felix Augustin was the one to do the kick off. Gerardo Beard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shaki Conn having to interfere. Jospeh McNally made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tracy Shah in the 52nd minute of play. Vinicio Millan hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Jospeh McNally took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tracy Shah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jospeh McNally showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tracy Shah, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Brooklyn SC's Jospeh McNally played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Hoyt in the 60th minute of play. ForestFire's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luisito James in the 61st minute. A nice corner shot did that Luisito James got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jospeh McNally quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Shaki Conn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Cole in the 67th minute of the match. Jospeh McNally made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Navarro in the 68th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Augustin got free with Shaki Conn in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Shaki Conn made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Dwight Schrute sent off a good shot on target. If Lucas Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 78th play minutes Lucas Navarro shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Jospeh McNally and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 81st minute Lucas Navarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jospeh McNally saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jospeh McNally made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Navarro in the 85th minute of play. Jospeh McNally took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Navarro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rdth minute of the game Lucas Navarro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brooklyn SC's Jospeh McNally was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ForestFire fans cheered their team off the field, for while Brooklyn SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
