The Leon Sport Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clóvis Reis should have stopped the shot. Jon Loarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdo Prado got free with Biagio Furino in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15thth minute of the game Valdo Prado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraná Clube Brasil's Biagio Furino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jon Loarte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Biagio Furino made a huge save. In the 20th minute Marcel Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Furino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Paraná Clube Brasil had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
