Doğaner Ulutay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but David Abad made a huge save. Departamento 912's Erubiel Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Günther Doty in the 5th minute of play. After 7 minutes of play, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Tytus Orling made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erubiel Hernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Erubiel Hernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Günther Doty in the 10th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Departamento 912's goal looked a bit too open when Günther Doty came free, but Erubiel Hernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gervasio Vela in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Abad saved Chinese CJ Youth Academy from getting behind. Departamento 912's Erubiel Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tytus Orling in the 18th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 20th minute by Domingos Iaki got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Su Jian Jie in the 23rd minute of play forced Departamento 912's goalkeeper Erubiel Hernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erubiel Hernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Günther Doty in the 25th minute of play. Domingos Iaki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Departamento 912's Marcial Mon quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Xu Yong Feng, made in the 36th minute of the game. A collision led to Departamento 912 getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Cristobal Loreto hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Günther Doty in the 40th minute of play forced Departamento 912's goalkeeper Erubiel Hernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's David Abad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Chinese CJ Youth Academy from getting a goal against them. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Gervasio Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Abad having to interfere. Luan Pombo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Erubiel Hernandez made a huge save. Departamento 912 made a substitution. Augusto Tiniebra replaced Domingos Iaki. In the 67th minute of the match Departamento 912 got a corner. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernhard Ocariz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Augusto Tiniebra made a great header on Departamento 912's corner, it was just that Chinese CJ Youth Academy's David Abad managed to reach the ball for a save. 68 minutes into the match, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Vela came free, but David Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Departamento 912's protests and gave Marcial Mon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd minute, Marcial Mon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Departamento 912's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Günther Doty was slow to take the kick. During this time Chinese CJ Youth Academy's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Günther Doty almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Departamento 912's Erubiel Hernandez did a great save. In the 91st minute Tytus Orling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Hernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Erasmo Bermudez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luan Pombo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Erubiel Hernandez made a huge save. The Departamento 912 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chinese CJ Youth Academy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
