After taking down the ball on Lugano con el rojo's corner Dionisio Sanduru fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pankracy Glogowski quite easily take care of the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Rocendo came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Şevket Çağa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Kemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Sanduru in the 11th minute of play. Guido Rocendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Kemen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paolo Caradaro in the 16th minute. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Şevket Çağa sped through Lugano con el rojo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlos Kemen. Lugano con el rojo's Elvio Manex got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 21 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Emil Chwalkiewicz. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Emil Chwalkiewicz got a free kick in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Lugano con el rojo's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Caradaro came free, but Carlos Kemen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Kemen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şevket Çağa, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With an all-out effort, Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Kemen threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Şevket Çağa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Guido Rocendo came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Lugano con el rojo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guido Rocendo couldn't finish the play. Carlos Kemen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şevket Çağa in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Şevket Çağa to strike the kick off in the second half. When Guido Rocendo came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Lugano con el rojo fans jumped to their feet. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Rocendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute, Ulises Sarracino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Berdoi took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Kemen. Carlos Kemen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 72 minutes into the match, Lugano con el rojo's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Erramu came free, but Carlos Kemen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Atlanta's zone, Guido Rocendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pankracy Glogowski came out of the goal and Guido Rocendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Elvio Manex managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lugano con el rojo's supporters rose to their feet, but Elvio Manex was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pankracy Glogowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pankracy Glogowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Rocendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Rocendo in the 91st minute of play. The corner ended in Nestor Cresitobalo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski did a great save.
