Johan Schönberg stood somewhat misplaced when 彭战朗 came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 9 minute. Breno Branco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cresitobalo Rilo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute of the game Carlos Zambrano made a throw-in which Cresitobalo Rilo played forward. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alastuey FC's goalkeeper Breno Branco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alastuey FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carlos Zambrano was slow to take the kick. During this time Cusco FC's players had a chance to rest. The Cusco FC fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Cusco FC's Gabon Salantes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 彭战朗 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Johan Schönberg made a huge save. Johan Schönberg came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Alastuey FC's 彭战朗. But to his dismay, 彭战朗 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Cusco FC's Johan Schönberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Cusco FC from getting a goal against them. Johan Schönberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 彭战朗 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 32 minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Alastuey FC's 彭战朗 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Johan Schönberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cresitobalo Rilo made a kick off. If Mike Tyson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 66th minute, 彭战朗 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute, 彭战朗 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johan Schönberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. A throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game was made by Maria Coronado with Cresitobalo Rilo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 83rd minute, Gabon Salantes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Breno Branco was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. In the 93rd minute Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Schönberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuele Morelli during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Johan Schönberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Alastuey FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
