The audience was convinced that Narciso Dias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Porfirio Harvey was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Dias in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Porfirio Harvey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wellington de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guto Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The goalkeeper, Wellington de Almeida, was totally fooled by Real Ducks Sport Club's Rodolfo Aparecido, who 22 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 25 minutes into the match, Guto Sampaio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wellington de Almeida. After a rather tough play, Mayhem Sharks's Jailson Rossi got a free kick in the 28th minute. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Narciso Dias made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Narciso Dias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wellington de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guto Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jailson Rossi kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Real Ducks Sport Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rodolfo Aparecido in the 70th minute. The corner ended in Nicholas Ellis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mayhem Sharks's Wellington de Almeida did a great save. Porfirio Harvey was a little too slow when Narciso Dias got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 75th minute, Arcadio Valdés hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Narciso Dias charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Narciso Dias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th match minute, Mayhem Sharks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Dias to maneuver through the defense. Mayhem Sharks's Luís Fabiano de Andrade was substituted for Narciso Dias. Porfirio Harvey yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Porfirio Harvey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Fabiano de Andrade in the 93rd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mayhem Sharks walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
