After having played for 18 minutes, Luiz Fabiano Capixaba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lupere FC - DMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fabiano Capixaba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 23 played minutes Lupere FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Zé Paulo Fontes. In the 24th match minute, Lupere FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Arne Sandell to maneuver through the defense. Cido Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Paulo Fontes in the 32nd minute of play. Cido Schmidt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Paulo Fontes in the 34th minute of the match. Luiz Fabiano Capixaba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Zé Paulo Fontes made the kick off in the second half. Luiz Fabiano Capixaba's late challenge caught a S.C.CHUÍ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Fabiano Capixaba helped the player get up and apologised. Luiz Fabiano Capixaba kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Cido Schmidt came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Lupere FC - DMZ's Marcelo de Souza. But to his dismay, Marcelo de Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 65th minute, Marcelo de Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cido Schmidt was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After having played for 68 minutes, Marcelo de Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lupere FC - DMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo de Souza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th minute Zé Paulo Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cido Schmidt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to S.C.CHUÍ getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Amílton Terra hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in S.C.CHUÍ's zone, Marcel Brodel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cido Schmidt came out of the goal and Marcel Brodel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 75 played minutes S.C.CHUÍ got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Sabóia. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lupere FC - DMZ fully deserved thier win.
