The Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reinaldo Damião should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd minute, Diego Velloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rene Austin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 minutes of play, Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ's Gildo Cordeiro made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reinaldo Damião was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ defense, Raimundo Félix kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rene Austin. The Atletico Natalense FC-DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rene Austin should have stopped the shot.
