Lech Spychalski's late challenge caught a VitóriA DMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Julio Baptista came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the JEC - FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Baptista couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, VitóriA DMZ's Doğuhan Binışık got control of the ball when Pero Šiljak tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute Wanderson de Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, VitóriA DMZ's goalkeeper Doğuhan Binışık had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geovani Garcia. Geovani Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Doğuhan Binışık made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 姚国鹏 in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Ramos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carlos Ramos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 姚国鹏 went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute Charlie Strömberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, JEC - FC's Lech Spychalski got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind JEC - FC's goalkeeper Carlos Ramos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by 姚国鹏 in the 46th minute of play forced JEC - FC's goalkeeper Carlos Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charlie Strömberg to make the kick off. Geovani Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Doğuhan Binışık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in VitóriA DMZ's zone, Geovani Garcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doğuhan Binışık came out of the goal and Geovani Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson de Lima in the 56th minute of play. Julio Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. JEC - FC's Carlos Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Strömberg in the 60th minute of play. When Julio Baptista came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the JEC - FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Baptista couldn't finish the play. After 67 minutes of play, JEC - FC's Geovani Garcia made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doğuhan Binışık was left in no man's land by his defense there! JEC - FC's Carlos Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save JEC - FC from getting a goal against them. Carlos Ramos made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when 姚国鹏 sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Julio Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Carlos Ramos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. JEC - FC's Julio Baptista got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valdir Pinheiro hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, VitóriA DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Geovani Garcia came free, but Doğuhan Binışık reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wanderson de Lima came free with the goalkeeper in the 83rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Carlos Ramos could save by the left post. In the 84th minute, Tarcisio Galvão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. JEC - FC's Carlos Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save JEC - FC from getting a goal against them.
